Harrietstown Town Board Meets Tomorrow. Here Is What Is on the Agenda.

Town Hall Plumbing
The board is expected to address a plumbing issue at Town Hall. A Phase One estimate from Cornerstone Services totaling $9,664 has been submitted to run new water lines to the main floor bathrooms, replacing a leaking line that runs into the concrete. A second phase addressing the second floor is noted as a future project.
Airport Runway Maintenance
Airport Manager Corey Hurwitch is requesting approval for crack sealing at the Adirondack Regional Airport. A quote from Noel J. Brunell & Son totaling $28,420 has been submitted for 800 gallons of crack sealing material on runway 9/27 and taxiway C. The board is being asked to approve spending up to $30,000 to allow flexibility if additional material is needed.
Warrants
The board will vote to approve Warrant #8 of 2026 totaling $299,825.74 across the General Fund, Airport Fund, Highway Fund, Water and Sewer, and Trust and Agency accounts.
Climate Smart Communities Task Force
Resolution #6 of 2026 would formally establish a Climate Smart Communities Task Force and appoint its initial members: David Lynch, Cindy Woods Garso, Tim Caramore, and Diana Webster.
Fill Vacancy
Supervisor Mallach is expected to address filling an unspecified vacancy. No additional details were provided in the agenda.
